A BIT ABOUT ME
I have been lucky enough to work in this industry for over 17 years now. I have met and worked with some great people along the way, some of whom are now great friends. I have also had the privilege to work with some very talented young athletes, some that I have worked with for over 10 years.
​
I first qualified as a sports rehab therapist including sports massage and soft tissue therapy. I shortly after qualified as a sport & exercise performance trainer and sports nutritionist, studying subjects such as Biomechanics and Human movement sciences. Linking both jobs together I was able to see my clients back to full fitness and ready to return to their sports. Over years of CPD's, continued learning and progression through my work I studied to become an elite youth sports performance trainer. I love working with young people and found I naturally entered into more of a mentoring role being able to provide support through all my areas of work, a little injury prevention and recovery, nutrition and training. In more recent years I have continued with my studies into nutrition looking further into nutritional science. I am currently studying biomedical nutrition and culinary medicine and I am excited to be able to offer more clinical based nutrition to help people with illness and disease.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong, well fuelled and active body. I chose to use the word 'wiser' for my training methods as I really believe that everyone can benefit from making more informed decisions about their own specific goals. Every body is different and every person has their own story of how they got to where they are today. My aim is to help you identify goals and make informed decisions based on science and logic. Find training methods that suit your body whilst educating you on injury prevention, longevity and nutritional needs. These decisions will keep you active and strong for a long time to come. These decisions will make you wiser.
